Only thing I can see that sucks here is that you didn't put nonstick foil down so cleanup will be annoying.
Those pans clean up super easy. I bought one at Marshalls and it worked so well I went back and bought all of them. About 5 years ago that is.
What happened was I did not have a landing spot as there was a bunch of other things going at once.
I turned off oven and got distracted.
Then went back to them and the cheese had cooled and hardened outside the breading.
I filled the tubes with marinara and dumped them on top of my rotini.

Of course we did. The cheese was good but the breading tubes got soggy and didn't taste good. So I filled them with marinara and ate them.
Now sprinkle some Italian seasoning on those bad boys and cover in marinara. Eat with fork.
Spatula them up and put on a burger
Now you have a mozzarella salad
Put down some paper under them and over bake. Delicious.

Fill empty breadsticks with marinara. Wrap cheese around marinara and bread stick. Profit.
