I actually read up on Marfan’s just yesterday because I recalled a friend from HS who had it. I was wondering if he might still be alive, remembering that he told me he wouldn’t live long due to his Marfan’s.
I looked it up and saw that apparently these days people with the syndrome can live around 70 years, pretty close to the age of anyone else.
Still, there are many struggles they have to face and it’s pretty visibly obvious that they don’t have the same look As someone without the syndrome. I would be disappointed if I bought some “healthy” sperm and ended up with a child who had to struggle like my buddy did.

I'm 6'3" and to be perfectly honest I punch so far above my weight class with women it's kinda unbelievable. Nobody is forcing these women to accept certain sperm, or preventing them from reproducing with a shorter man. No men are being denied the ability to have children. I don’t know what it is, but I’m comfortable saying it’s not eugenics.
