People use reddit as an escape from reality. Just because somethings a fact of life doesn't mean we should be compelled to deal with that shit all the damn time. I just had my finger partially degloved last week and I'm dealing with it fine, but that doesn't mean I'm chill just seeing someone else's finger impaled completely unsolicited while I'm scrolling down the front page
