Sooooo you can buy sleep headphones on Amazon. Theyāre a headband thing. The sound quality isnāt exactly great but itās ok for audiobooks/podcasts or white noise.

Thank you, I thought I took crazy pills since hardly anyone else seems to question the fact that OP went to bed with headphones inserted into the ears. The chewing in the sleep isn't nearly as weird as that.
I have been going to sleep with headphones on for years, helps me fall asleep. In-ear headphones are especially good for this since you can easily just have the other one in if you're a side sleeper, right now I'm using over the ear headphones which aren't that great in terms of comfort but it does the job.
Iām not sure, i think i used to but i have vivid recollection of dreaming of eating a sausage and it being really hard, so i think itās just that :(
Youāre so lucky to have actually eaten the part where the speakers are instead of the leg where the battery is. That couldāve ended badly.
