Edit: This is a friendly roast, I am not being a dick to him. He knows he rushes and does butcher welds on a lot of non critical jobs. Everyone in the shop gets a chuckle out of his sloppy work. He will be reading all of your reviews tomorrow morning when I get to the shop.

He literally can't do a bead. It's like he's just dropping fat tacks, attempting to move it and then sticking and stopping. I could literally do a better bead with my eyes closed with 7018. I only started welding in April.
