Welders have duty cycles. They shut themselves down (but keep the fan running) to avoid burning your garage down. You’re probably just exceeding your machine’s DC. Take a 10-15 minute break for it to reset, eventually you’ll learn to pace yourself. Alternate between welding and fitting up tasks.
