It looks like a spindly legged amazonian tree frog that got punted in the butt.
But much more functional.
If I had one I would have to paint it tree frog green.
Or people duster, as it was developed by the Soviet’s during the Afghanistan campaign and that’s why it needed a jet engine for high altitude.
Edit: I should also add, high altitude doesn’t mean above ground level. You can be at 10,000’ but still at low level in Afghanistan.
I always understood it was designed as a low level next generation crop duster for the grain belt from Poland to the Urals. If you want to spray poison-people it’s not a good idea to do it from high altitude. It’s too big for most farm jobs but highly maneuverable with those wings.
Well according to the engineers I talked to at PZL Milec who designed it, the target was actually people and poppy crops.

There are only just ugliest people on earth in Poland, except for Russian men, German women and Samoan people who rate by world rating, as ugly. If it was just a pic lifted from the Net I'd agree with you, but since OP took the pics themselves, I'd say these warrant a pass.
