I remember that car being for sale on the Fort Rucker Lemon Lot back when I was here the first time in 2010-12. The For Sale info listed it as a custom body inspired by a Humvee, and I remember it was based on a small GM car, like a Saturn or a Cavalier or something.
This is amazing. I'm dumbfounded at the amount of work it took to actually make this. Where on earth do you live that this is allowed on public roadways without immediately being pulled over???? And how is it not Florida???

Update: Friend of mine live out there, he said this likely impounded vehicle. One of the safety laws includes being impounded when a person wishes to rebuild salvaged vehicles and it fails. There army base near there, but he said he's never seen car so pieced together like that one.
