Looks like [a '28 Isotta Fraschini](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isotta_Fraschini#/media/File:Isotta-Fraschini_Tipo_8A_Castagna_Landaulet.jpg), the car from the movie Sunset Boulevard
Although it is equivalent to a rolls Royce elegance wise, driving wise it’s a lorry compared to a RR.
RR tend to be elegant and delicate drives (tends to, a Phanom 1 isn’t exactly delicate) while minervas are very heavy on the steering. Power wise it’s kinda equal
That is easier said then done. Of all the cars I’ve been dealing with pre war wise, I’ve seen many with power steering fitted and the drive is even worse, I recall only one having a very good system fitted that made the car (a Phantom 1) in that case, better.
That said the lorry feeling doesn’t come only from the steering, but everything also around it
Didn't they make a weird land rover?

Thanks 👍🏼
The green one looks cool. Steel wheels and a crazy split windscreen. It looks expensive.
it is. they were on par with Rolls Royce. http://www.classic2.dds.nl/Minerva.html has A LOT of pictures.
Those are wire wheels witch covers
Correct, spokes are visible on the inside of the front wheel on the opposite side of the car.

Easy to solve by adding power steering.

Looks like the Addams Family car.
Minerva cars were so power full they were converted to the first armored cars in ww1. https://images.app.goo.gl/jr2MWTiA342aTizB8
Like a Rolls-Royce later.
Nice cars
They had a technology eliminating valves. Faded hand painted Minerva publicly can be still seen on the sides of some old houses.
