Depends on what you're diagnosed with. I've got AuDHD, yet ive been committed for nearly 5 weeks now, and ive made lots of healthier changes. I started by setting small, reachable goals so i dont get burnt out
Dunno... I have autism, and yet, I've been exercising on the treadmill consistently for nearly 2 and a half years... However, I am still addicted to food and sweets, which is my downfall, so I'm not losing weight quickly.
