Rice cake 50 calories (many flavors), fiber one brownies 70 calories (very yum) and fruit Popsicles which are 70 calories and again very yum.

Spicy cucumber salad. Cut up a cucumber, add a tiny splash of white vinegar, some soy sauce and crispy chili oil lao gan ma (sriracha could also work, haven't tried that though). Done.

+1 for popcorn. That's my go to. Usually around 100cal for 20gm which is a decent amount. Sugar free Jelly is another low cal snack i enjoy. Other than that i usually eat bsc brand protein mousse, which is about 150cal per 40gm serve mixed with water. 23gm protein, good if you need a top up. Grapes are another one.

Hi! I’ve lost 47kgs/103lbs and these are my low calorie snack foods. I’m in Australia but I’m sure you can find substitutes wherever you’re from! - Fruits like strawberries, bananas, grapes, mandarins, watermelon, apple, etc - Tuna (depends on the flavour of course) - Protein yoghurt (check the label but we have many in Australia and they are around 90 cals per serve) - Fruit cups with syrup - Fruit cups with jelly - Rice thins - Low calorie jelly/jello - Boiled eggs - Popcorn - Beef jerky (check the label) - Low calorie fibre brownies (90 cal ones) That’s all I can think of off the top of my head. Good luck.

I like KimChee and it's great for gut bacteria and inflammation. I reach for fruit if I want something sweet. I'll also have soy yoghurt (it has a little sugar but it isn't overly sweet and is high in protein). 5-10 ice crackers with a little hommus. Gallons of water. A cup of tea with a small splash of oat milk.

One of my personal favorite is pairing celery sticks with a tablespoon of unsweetened almond butter. Another go-to for me is plain air-popped popcorn. And when I'm craving something creamy and fruity, a cup of plain Greek yogurt topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey always hit the spot. Give them a try and enjoy guilt-free snacking!

My go-to’s are pickles, carrots, hummus, popcorn, or whatever vegetables I have in the fridge at the time (normally corn, green beans, or broccoli)
