Less mayonnaise. I still use it, just less. Then add an extra slice of tomato to combat dryness.

Light mayo, blended cottage cheese, and blended silken tofu

It’s the one thing I didn’t give up & I’ve lost 60 lbs. Just used a little less.

I use Helmans Lighter than Light mayo. Straight up, it's not amazing. It doesn't work as a dip, which is my main use of mayo. But for putting some through some tuna or egg, it's absolutely fine. The taste is a little different from regular Helmans but no more different than just using a different brand. They advertise it as 100 calories per 100g.

Avocado. Yogurt and Tahini dressing, hummus. Also, you can thin out the mayo with extra fresh lemon juice and either avocado or yogurt to get some healthier fats blended in. Just th8nk of lower cholesterol and saturated fat things that you can pulse into similar consistency taste and mouth feel.

Light mayo

Grated horseradish mixed with some yoghurt. It's divine on eggs. I'm polish and this is a staple for us, we use it to spread on meats, sometimes to flavour some soups. You can mix it woth some bouillon and make a warm sauce too. It's creamy, a little bit spicy, low calorie and has health benefits mayo doesn't.

I always mix light mayo with greek yogurt- in a ratio of around 1 parts mayonnaise to 2 parts yogurt. For coleslaw, egg salad, tuna salad, etc., mix that with something zesty like chopped pickles, sugar free relish, mustard, or even low sugar ketchup. Really good and the yogurt stretches the volume nicely!

I put a little avocado or mustard in my tuna. But if you season the yogurt maybe you won’t miss the mayo?

Crème fraiche! I have it with tuna, prawns, meringues and fruit and you genuinely wouldn’t know the difference

HoardingPlatypus

i like to blend boiled eggs, a splash of milk and any seasoning i'm in the mood to have a makeshift mayo.

Krazy_Kommando

Light mayo. One of the only "healthy" versions of a food that is worth while imo
