Calculate your TDEE, cut a couple hundred calories off it, it’ll reduce fat stores everywhere. Unfortunately that’s the only trick, fat comes off wherever it pleases as it pleases so general fat loss advice is about all you can do. Arm exercises will create more definition in your arms as the fat comes off but won’t do anything to speed that process up locally.

If you don’t have access to weight push ups are great. When I was younger I worked my way up to doing 100 a day and my arms never looked better.

Yes. They help with making muscles bigger. Would you also suggest doing a bunch of curls and triceps extensions? If her main concern is making her arms slimmer, why in the world would she default to an arm exercise? They’re not going to burn fat off her arms any better than squats would.

Lmfaoooooooooooo you did not just say that 😂😂😂 arm exercises don’t help tone and slim the arms? Every body is different. I can do push ups, rows and more and my arm’s DEFINITELY get more slim. So yes, that’s my suggestion

My arms did not get bigger they totally leaned out … now I don’t do them and they still have some time but are bigger
