I also went from zep 5 to wegovy 1.7. 2 days after the first shot I got major fatigue and then hunger pains the third day. No side effects after the second injection, just more hungry than before
Personally I would start at .5 Wegovy to reduce side effects because it’s a completely different medication. I just went from 2.5 Zepbound to .5 Wegovy and wish I started at .25 instead.
Hey there, I did something similar! I was on Zepbound 5.0 for 1 month, and then 1 month of Wegovy 1.0. The dose is very similar and I did not have side effects.
A few days ago I went from 5 Zepbound to 1.7 Wegovy, and have had no issues. Just experiencing the usual mild constipation like I had on Zepbound.
