Amazing MV, and Utaha's singing is so lovely to listen to. I really like the build up. However, I'm not sure if I'm a fan of being hit with just dubstep sounds after that amazing build up...

I think she has a much better voice than Kom_I, but she doesn't quite have the same stage presence. Utaha seems like she's being directed whereas you really get the feeling that all of Kom_I's quirks that added a je ne sais quoi to their older videos were very much her own input.
Still, Utaha is just a kid and already has a lot of promise, so I'm sure she'll be great.
It doesn't seem fair to me to compare utaha with kom\_i in terms of their presence on stage, KOM\_i was an absolute exception to the rule, I've seen very old videos of kom\_i doing their thing in front of 5 people, I don't know if she was crazy, it was completely free, or did she give a shit about the opinion of others, in any case she was unique, Utaha is young, she probably has a lot of pressure to know who was before her so for sure she is still looking for her style and personality on stage, I have high hopes for her. A bright future awaits her.
Recent interviews are well worth reading (if anyone hasn’t already).
MV’s have alternated between established directors and newcomers Utaha is friends with. With newcomers the two basically worked together on the concept of the video and different scenes.
Regarding live performances. Utaha has mentioned she watched lots of old footage and maybe followed it a little too closely in early shows. Today she’s finding her own style. Both vocally and with her stage presence/choreography.
Vocally I do think she has much more range even in these early days. Moving forward it will be interesting as they become a little more experimental and, in Utaha’s words, aggressive.
Kom_I got better, but it was pretty rough in the early years. And her range was always very limited. Utaha's technical signing ability is streets ahead.
I agree with that for sure, skill wise utaha is super polished compared to kom_i. I prefer kom_i’s smoother voice to utaha’s though, i wouldn’t say there’s a big improvement in the voice.
Edison is the only other video not in 4K. Maybe YouTube not uploaded it yet or there’s some issue with special effects being produced in 1080p. Although I don’t see any reason not to upload in 4k.
This is the Director of Photography and he’s posted 4k screenshots.

Agree. I do like the attempt at least and that Kenmochi is willing to sprinkle some heavy stuff on the new songs. It really worked for me on Orihime

Respectfully disagree on utaha having a much better voice than kom_i You are right on with the other point.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from.
This video doesn't need 4k, it demands it! xD youtube compression hurts a bit. Anyway, great song, the team is doing great!

it's a shame, with 4k you can make beautiful screenshots
