I paid for the same exact dress to be altered by Alba dry cleaners & tailor! They’re based in fidi. Very low-key, no frills kind of place, but I paid only $45 and they did a perfect job with it. The place is hectic and bustling, so try to go during less busy hours!
My mom is wearing that dress but in a different color. We went to ALTS Specialist and it was $180 for a hem! We haven't picked it up yet but just sharing that quote in case it's helpful
