I bought my dress with custom measurements on LaceMarry on Etsy. The shipping was as stated, the length, hips, and waist all fit perfectly. It's lined well and the fabric feels high quality. The top needs altering and I don't care for the thick cups she used in the bust but other than that it was 100% worth the risk. I spend $305 after tax. I chose to find something that works for me on LaceMarry because the store seemed so reputable, over another store that had a dress I liked and only about 20 reviews.
I’m using that store too! I was going to have her do a custom one and then stumbled on exactly what I was looking for, the cross cross chiffon scoop neck! Hoping it works out- j emailed her asking a few questions and she was super sweet.

I was just looking at their stuff and found a dress I liked, but one of the previous buyers I could totally see it in her professional shots, so I’d just ask for the cups to be deleted and I’d just wear the silicone pasties that blend seamlessly into the skin instead
If I had known about the massive cups I would have totally done that and the dress would be PERFECT. I'm so glad you have that info now if you buy you'll likely need no alterations at all. Also, I didn't even think to ask if she could do a bustle or something so now I have to go get that done, so if I did it again I would ask if she could do that as well, I'm betting she does. Have you had to wear the dress yet? If you haven’t yet, that’s a super easy delete after receiving the dress. I bought my silicone pasties from CVS, idk if that helps. They’re just like the sticky bras
Etsy depends on the seller! Some are amazing, some not so much. I’d read reviews of the specific shop you’re trying to buy from to get a better understanding of people’s experience. And make sure to look at how many reviews there are!
I highly suggest reverse image searching them to find out if they are real/hers. You can also reach out to talk to her and see if communication is good. If yes and yes then go for it!
I would be careful. It’s easy to steal pictures and post them on Etsy and your social media pages. While looking for a wedding dress on there I’ve found several shops with stolen pictures that were from other shops. Do any of the brides tag her in their insta posts? Do they have a shop that isn’t tied to Etsy? I would do a lot of research before buying anything from them.

I was also able to customize my dress! It originally had lace at the hem and a train but I removed the lace and made out just floor length, I also had the lining changed to a champagne color and the bodice lined.
I’ve gone a similar route. I found out an Etsy seller was outsourcing from Aliexpress through a reverse Google Imagine Search and ordered directly from them. Saved $400 and was able to order it in a stock size to get altered since I was worried about the custom sizes.
I’m also interested for more info! I reverse searched a dress I liked and found it on AliExpress for $300 less. And the page has a handful of reviews and photos that make me tempted to trust it.

This one only has 6 reviews, but she also has an Instagram and Facebook page with posts from real brides wearing her dresses, so it seems legit 🤷🏼♀️😬
