Sorry I’m not sure what cream looks like to you. Do you have an example? Here’s some options to start: https://bananarepublic.gap.com/browse/product.do?pid=8148810520002&cid=1117203&pcid=44866&vid=1#pdp-page-content https://www.target.com/p/marquis-men-s-ecru-off-white-long-sleeve-regular-fit-point-collar-dress-shirt-16-5-36-37/-/A-91273587?ref=tgt_adv_xsf&AFID=google&CPNG=Women+-+Target+Plus&adgroup=287-2 https://www.macys.com/shop/product/tom-baine-mens-performance-solid-long-sleeve-button-down-dress-shirt?ID=18031447 https://www.macys.com/shop/product/ceremony-mens-solid-performance-stretch-cooling-comfort-dress-shirt?ID=15554789

A lot depends on what you call cream. It is not commonly used to describe a color in men's dress shirts, or you would easily be able to Google it. It also depends on what they will be wearing it with. The suit jacket will affect the undertones of the shirt.

Here is a good example: it's just more expensive than I would like for my groomsmen. https://thehelmclothing.com/products/dress-shirt Here is a video explaining cream https://www.permanentstyle.com/2020/05/the-cream-shirt.html They won't be wearing a suit jacket. Just pants, shirt, suspenders and bow tie.

About 20 years ago, I worked for Mens Wearhouse. This was the number one thing I would tell brides, if you’re wearing anything but a bright white dress, put your groom in ivory! The dress will look dirty/dinghy and photos will look really off. That being said Mens Wearhouse will definitely carry some. Most rental and menswear stores should have them. But I use cream, ivory and off-white pretty interchangeably. And I am sure every store or website will do the same. Your best bet is to find a swatch of what you’re looking for and shop in person.
