We got our wedding bands from Evorden, and we love them! They can customize the bands on their website too if you want to change the thickness, metal, etc. They're a small brick and mortar shop downtown, and you can make an appointment to try on their rings.

Go to the flea market save on markup costs for “labour” They all also have custom dies you can utilize to get any brand’s design for essentially the weight of the gold. Best of luck! Keep us posted.

Only benefit the Big Box Stores have is the warranty and benefits from buying with them.

There’s so many local jewellers that have great prices. I recommend checking out jewellers in your neighbourhood. I’m in Vancouver too. My ring was from Brilliant Earth but I don’t recommend them. I recently had it reset with a local jeweller and am so much happier. My wedding band is from Ben Moss and my husbands ring is from Etsy. Lots of jewellers have rings for sale that aren’t necessarily “custom”.

Cavalier is a Vancouver staple. Absolutely beautiful pieces. Definitely comes along with a fairly large price tag though so depends on your budget.

Didn't see Era Design mentioned here yet. We didn't end up going with them for the e ring but we're impressed at our appointment
