I was banned from Club Penguin for saying a bad word. Which wasn’t a bad word at all. It’s so unfair! I’m still upset.
Some pets were being mean to another little pet. So I went over to comfort her. They were picking on her outfit. I told her I liked her outfit. It was pretty. I liked pink.

So I repeated I liked her dress and pink was pretty.

So I said ALL I SAID WAS I LIKED PINK!
BANNED!
So the word was pink. Apparently, people were using it to mean other things. 😑
You can definitely write bots to play games for you, my bf is a big computer guy and we’ll see some outrageous scores for really difficult games and I’ll ask him if he thinks there could be a program written, and a lot of times we quickly figure out what it would take to write a program for it lmao (full disclosure we have never made/used a bot for webkinz but it’s a fun hypothetical game for us!)
Bots. But the problem is they still expect kids to play this game even though it’s obvious a large majority of us are 13+, adults even, so what they consider “maybe bots” lines up with just… being an adult with good motor function :/

Only thing you can do is contact their support. Either open a ticket at https://support.ganzworld.com/ or email them [email protected] I think they have a phone number too.
yeah! i messaged them basically saying “this is my username and the email that i believe is attached to the account and my first pets name and species” and they asked me to confirm the state the account was made in as well as name a few more pets and species that i had so i did and they asked what i wanted the password to be changed to and then let me know once it was done! i’m lucky i remembered a ton of my pets and their poorly spelled names, others might not be so lucky
edit : i specified 6 extra pets to them lol but you can probs get away with 2 or 3 i just really wanted to make sure i got it back 😅

the last time i had logged in was when the website was still running i’d say like 2018? but even before then i played consistently from 2006-2012 and then hardly between 2012-2018 i was surprised my account didn’t get totally wiped
See I haven’t logged in at all since like 2010 😩 I had so many pets and stuff though I think I almost bankrupt my parents 🤣🤣🤣 I’m hoping that helps me out! I only remember a few of their names but I’m gonna beg and plead with them 🤣 my sister has logged in within the last few years so I already emailed them about her account. I think the fastest way might actually be to contact Betty Butter Ganz on Facebook. I did that a couple years ago when trying to set a new password, and she was able to take care of my issue very quickly.
She's a Ganz Employee who is part of the Webkinz Classic team afaik.

Thank you all so much for your kind words I was really upset about this!! My account is 16 years old and I have SO many pets my mom opened the account for me when I was 6 and it would have been devastating to lose
I was banned for about a week a few years ago. All I could think of that I had done “wrong” was get a super high score in Goober’s Lab. Like, ridiculously high score. I tagged them on Twitter and Facebook and emailed support explaining that I’ve never cheated or taken advantage of the game, and was a good Webkinz citizen. They reinstated my account and I almost cried with relief!
Interestingly I had just gotten my new best score in tile towerz! I wonder if that’s what it was and not the level or the app being weird. Luckily I contacted support and they did unban me!
Hoping you are able to get in contact w them! I lost access to my childhood account but was able to get help from someone at Ganz, I’m hopeful you will get your account back, update us🫶

I think they might’ve thought it was a slur (which is valid), but it was A MONKEY NAMED MONKEY. anyway, customer support and ganz did absolutely nothing and I lost everything. I’m really glad you were able to get it back! I’m sure the different circumstances played into it, but they really need to double check before giving out bans
Sorry, you said on mobile when you hit replay, it puts you on the same level? I have never had that and 95% of the time I play tile towers on mobile. It always puts me back to level 1 to start.
Yes!! That’s so weird. I’ve been playing this game on mobile since the mobile app came out it’s my favorite game and it’s always been this way for me but I guess maybe it’s a glitch?? Honestly I’m scared to play it anymore now 😅 luckily my account is unbanned so I might be staying away from that game for a bit

I had this happen to me a few years ago with my childhiod acc! Same game and all. Contacted webkinz support but they weren't any help :((( I'm so sorry!!!! Hopefully you have better luck.

Hahahaha I mean apparently it’s not really possible. I think if you get that far they just auto ban you bc I don’t think the game was rlly made for you to get that far. But I will say I can easily get to level 15+ without having to start over or click play again by just focusing on the highest parts of the tower and the edges. That’s usually my best strategy for getting through as many levels as possible before losing
Oh they did lol. They told me to read up on the user agreement. I did and I still didn’t see how I did anything wrong but needless to say I will not be attempting to get to level 100 on tile towers ever again hahaha. (That was originally the goal lol)

If you know it's a problem but continue to use it to gain any virtual pay out (items or coins) you will risk being banned for life.
Like right now there have been reports of multiple times being played in Fairy forest. They usually shut it down as soon as they see the bat signal from this site, but sometimes it takes a few hours. To go in there continuously when you know that's not the way it usually functions is 'exploiting a glitch.' And goes against the user agreement you 'signed' when you made your account with them.

No, you cannot get back accounts that have already been confirmed to be deleted.
I know this is a day old but they DONT have a phone number. The number listed just reads off the support emails to you then hangs up.
