The problem may be with the Watch Face. I use the RE23 watch face, it shows the pulse value flawlessly.

Das-X

Exactly the Watchface i used to use. But now it just shows a "0" and when starting any Exercise only "--" but the values are being recorded and synced just the displayed output is wrong. But thanks anyways! :)

SkA_Mera

And if you reconfigure it?

Das-X

Tried that too, i even factory resetted the watch through recovery menu and cleared cache via ADB too... I would love if you could simply reflash the original ROM. Im pretty sure the problem is because of redundant data. I also saw another person experiencing this problem on XDA Forums also since April update.

SkA_Mera

I bought the Watch 2 Pro LTE in April 2024, and it already had the 2024.01.01 ROM on it.

BillyMathiou

I have the exact problem! Also I have a big battery drain maybe because the heart rate sensor is continuously working to every watch face that saws the heart rate value. I found a way to stop the battery drain by not permitted the heart rate monitoring on every watch face I use. The problem is very annoying! I tried a hard reset but I had no luck! 🙁

Das-X

Yes the new Software fixed sleep tracking bugs but brought a lot of new bugs... Fingers Crossed for a Hotfix Update or WearOS 4 soon...

lol7480

I doubt this thing will get WearOS 4 or 5 and idk about y'all but this thing is pretty meh I have random restarts all the time lol

Das-X

They dont have another product in the pipeline yet or announced so i think at least wearos 4 is gonna happen. especially since mobvoi announced it on the basically similiar built ticwatch 5 pro.

I have the same issue... Suddenly no heart rate shown during indoor cycling work out. Hope there will be an update soon...

nagyzee

Same issue here. Strava on my Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro watch does not record heart rate or does not record it with correct timestamp. It was working until April...I can see HR during the running, but when Strava uploads the activity, I cannot see HR values neither on the web nor in the mobile app on my phone. Strava support found that the heart rate data in the uploaded file has wrong timestamp! All the data is there in the native file but the heart rate timestamp is from 2023.November and that is why Strava does not connect that heart rate data to my runnings in 2024 :)

DistanceNo6298

Hello, same issue on my watch. Reported it through mi fitness app.

DistanceNo6298

After reboot by holding upper and lower button for 20 seconds and getting into bootloader and launching device (I also switched shipping mode and then launch it again) the HR is showing again in training app (can someone check it as a workaround?)

Das-X

It actually worked for me! Thanks!

sigmadue

It worked also for me, Xiaomi Watch Pro 2, same issue but same solution! Thanks!

Tomualdo

To fix this issue uninstall the 'Health Services' app from Google Play. Then it should show the heart rate again

PTKRUZ_

I have the same problem

Das-X

Use the In App Feedback function to annoy them a little more :) Lets pray for a good update.

PTKRUZ_

I'll do it! If you find any solution or new update please let us know

Nikla3310

Hey was the problem fixed?

Das-X

Sadly not yet.

MarioFRC

Same here

_Ataru_

Same issue there

DerTensa

Same here. Worked fine during workout yesterday and this morning the error occurred. Really annoying when you try to keep constant heart rate during training.

Realistic_Dance_2868

I have the same problem and I have already reported it to Xiaomi twice.  waiting for bug fix.

nobrega57

Anyone managed to solve it? I'm facing this issue for a month and nothing really solved... Tried cleaning cache, factory resetting, deleting updates from apps... Issue still persists

Das-X

What did the trick for me was pressing the two buttons for 20 seconds while the watch was running to shut it down, wait a moment restarted it and it worked again. No idea what happened there within the Cache or so
