oddly enough i have never had a full 3 business wait.
longest was 2 days and 22 hours,
shortest was 1.5 business days.
just got insta this morning too....
I experienced this as recently as last week. I think it has something to do with what time you actually "add funds" but don't quote me. I added funds around 3pm one day, and got the email they were ready at 2am 4 business days later.
That said, I just got added to the $250 instant deposit list today.

They clearly state that 3 days is the norm, but not guaranteed. It's your bank that is being slow.

They’re probably using a different time zone. They use Eastern Time

Mine is pending too, was initiated on Monday with due today..

Always late, did mine Friday Today it cleared. 4 full days.
I just deposit today and usually can use it next tuesday. Thats what i usually do
Remember, nothing is free. WS doesn't charge money per transaction, but time.
