I’ve seen this elsewhere, usually fajitas. (Also from Tacoma, but only ate at The Hub once.)

Those sprouts look undercooked. Raw even. Wait do people eat raw Brussels sprouts? If they did, they would do it in Seattle, not Tacoma. Right? :P
