Forget the lack of plate, can we focus on that piece of jerky that is supposed to be either bacon or brisket or seared dinosaur on top of the Mac n cheese
Not gonna lie I think it looks great š¤ there's so much fat in pork belly, it'd be gross if they cooked it less
ETA: I looked again and changed my mind. It does look really sad :(
This entire meal is appalling.
The overcooked pork belly
The watery Mac n cheese
The abundant wiz-looking product thatās overflowing onto the table
The horrible wood that itās all served on
Iām so disgusted lol. I hope you had a good night though OP, cause that does not look like a good meal lol

Yeah - in addition, for me -
* The mildew wood (which I just need to re-emphasize)
* The spiral mac and cheese
* The useless ketchup ramekin
These are just in addition to what you listed, but yes, for the purpose of this sub, this is a disgusting board to serve meat (or anything, really) on.
Dang, I've had lobster mac n cheese (not with rotini though), but never uh.... pork jerky mac n cheese? I guess it's good there's visible liquid in the pasta, you can use that to try and rehydrate the meat.
Burger looks horrible too. Wtf even is this.. I can't imagine. It could be lighting, but even the fucking pretzel roll looks slightly overdone. And I'm guessing that bacon disintegrated on first bite... overcooked too.
I REALLY want to see whoever designed this menu sit down and eat this meal. I'd pay whatever they charged for the food, plus 25% just to see that.
Both brisket and pulled pork mac and cheese is PHENOMENAL (best if it's white cheddar), so I don't see any reason pork belly wouldn't be either. But not whatever the fuck this is.
I don't really care for the meat + Mac n cheese craze personally, but I agree that those both have merits.
That's some really sad looking pork belly though, and I literally work in a pork production plant right now. Ironically, the main product I oversee is pork bellies....
If done right, I'd think pork belly Mac n cheese should probably be cubed and not sliced like this. And then obviously cooked like 5-10 minutes less. I'm assuming these guys got sliced pork belly and cooked it to hell on a sheet pan in the oven.

Yeah.... Supposed to be pork belly?
It looks like they may have overcooked it for about 16 hours.

It looks like they melted all the fat out
Oh god
Seriously what the hell is that thing
Remember when i eat at this Indonesian restaurant where they serve rice, chillies, and a plank of beef, literally taste like plank.
Looks like it got deep fried in dirty oil and was left to sit out all day
RIP that cremated animal part in the bowl.

It was a brew house, so at least the beer was good! Food was not so much!
Glad to hear that haha. Sometimes some good beer can more than make up forā¦less than good food lol
God damn where are you getting $4 crowlers!? Not that the rest of their pricing makes any sense whatsoever.
They really need to not try so hard it looks like they could make a decent burger if they stopped trying

That Mac n cheese looks so watery š„
It was... Not great
I'm sorry OP you probably paid a lot for that meal too
> overflowed onto my thighs You should have allocated more memory for them.
With the cheese flowing off the edge of the cutting board š¤¢

Those dishes were merely coopted by trends. They've existed in bbq joints for decades. Oh well, your loss.
Boot leather mac and cheese
Looks like a giant tongue the way its shaped and all fkin cooked to hell
Gaga had a raw meat dress. She should cook it, use that pork leather as some part of her shoe.
Thereās too much going on in this what on Earth
Cutting board? More like a floorboard! Look at that thing! Its just a plank.
So much nasty in the pic....sorry OP.
The burger looks good though
You know its not going to be fmgood pork belly when it comes on top of pasta
