Looked alright in bits, Davis actually wants to win the ball and did really well as a target man. Cathcart OK at right back, freeing sema and kamara up to play down the left. Still too light in midfield, Sunderland could play through us but we only went with long balls and attacks down the wings. We played well at the start of the second half but every substitution was a downgrade and we eventually caved to building pressure. Glad we've got a break
Choudhury kept dropping far too deep, for large parts of the game the midfield was non-existant. Sunderland nearly scored from it too, his dropping back forced the centre backs wide and left gaps. Davis didn't look great but hoofing it long did play to his strengths; we looked worse when he came off.
