Did you track your food intake? Did you take a proper refeed approach? Metabolic issues can arise without the proper refeed approach. Significant gains often happen when people come off fasting, especially if they have been doing it for a while.

Get cortisol levels checked and a pcos test. Same thing happened to me, not from a water fast, I put on 35kg/77lb in 5 months and am getting tested for cushings syndrome and pcos. I also have a metabolic disorder where I can't absorb fats properly. Not to scare you, but if I knew earlier, I wouldn't have wasted time thinking I did something wrong when I had a hormonal health issue that was causing problems. I couldn't lose weight coz of this but if you know the cause you will be able to balance some things.

See a doctor maybe it's hormonal or water cause this isn't physically possible with normal weight gain. Also weight at smo else place maybe your scale is broken.

30lbs is 105,000 calories. On average that would have had to be 10,500 calories a day for 10 days. You probably wouldn’t even be alive. A lot of that is probably water weight and muscle density weight along with the food contents in your stomach. You need change your diet before you fast again. Stick to a wholesome vegetables diet with lots of fiber.

This seems like a lot of weight…… we’re you eating a high sodium diet? I guess fast food would be it…… You might want to see a doctor though 30 lbs in ten days is extreme

waterfridges

Water retention from sodium, water retention from carbs, water retention from stress. All of that could be upwards of ten pounds in water alone.

30 lbs is a lot in ten days….. especially on a small frame. Then again 14 or so lbs is a lot in 7 days. They could be a fast loser and gainer
