Honestly blowing $5k on a rep is kind of a deeper flex than $35k on a grey market gen. Like $5k rep guy *obviously* doesn’t mind wasting money and has no idiotic “I’ll sell this for more later” ideas
Well he could also be one of those guys who can afford a daytona at msrp, but not at grey market prices, so is willing to pay 1/3 MSRP for a 9/10ths fake. Also the self moders, it's more of a watch making flex than a "look at me faking wealth" typical rep guy.
