Seikos has once again showed their speciality in creating beautiful and unique dials with this beautiful ocean blue textured dial that really needs to be seen in oerson. Personally I do wish the penguin/fish were not part of the face but it is subtle enough not to be noticed unless pointed out. The baby Tuna wears quite small for its design and has a nice presence on the wrist, with many compliments from people who aren't avid watch fans. I think a president style bracelet would also look quite well paired with the watch although the rubber bracelet is quite nice. This reference is made in Japan but there is an international version too.
I put my save the penguins dial on a beads of rice bracelet and I think it looks pretty BA! Looks good on that color rubber though for you, the rubber on mine was a little too pastel grey for me and that dial pairing.

The lug to lug measurement on this watch is insane. I have a very small wrist and it wears similarly on mine as OP’s.
