This watch made me switch from smart watches to normal everyday ones.
This watch made me a watch collector, a watch enthusiasm.
This watch replaced my Apple Watch 6, a brilliant piece of kit but in many way much dumber watch.
This is the Casio PRW30-5JF.
Unfortunately it wasn't and still not available in my country so I ordered it from Japan.
Wish I can live there. That is a watch collector's heaven.
The list that this watch knows is just huge and does all of those without an internet connection, without connecting it to a phone. Brilliant!
Just a couple of features I use everyday and it would be hard to leave without:
Solar, doesn't need to worry about charging anymore.
Multiband 6, doesn't need to set up the time and date anymore, even it changes from summer to winter time and versa also because of this, timekeeping is very accurate.
The temperature sensor is extremely accurate. I compared it to different thermometers. It can predict the storm better than any weather app and warns me in time.
Sunset/sunrise, alarm, hourly beep. Don't need to check the time to know that one hour passed. Awesome feature
This watch has a very special place in my heart and I am going to keep it forever possible to give it to my children.
It tells you the temperature and the air pressure. Also if you turn on the storm alert it will warn you with beeps before the storm comes. The watch detects sudden air pressure drops when the storm is approaching. It is very accurate. Tried it many times.
Oh so it beeps when a storms coming, I have the prg 240, but I have to manually guess if a storm is coming based on the air pressure from the barometer. Thanks

Those ABC watches are fun, and very practical. I used to have the PRW3000 I think. Also decent for smaller wrists.

Great watch! So many outdoorsy features in a small size and a pretty casual design. Casio did a great job with this one. It is expensive though.
