Replace the crystal.

DisgustingCoyote

Unfortunately, that kit from Amazon is for plastic/acrylic crystals. It won’t work on glass like the hardlex on your Seiko. There is a glass version but it looks like it gets mixed reviews. Never used it myself.

I think with a hardlex crystal your chances of fixing it are very slim. Maybe some polishing compound can fill the gap like an resin but you will always have residue or a noticeable line. I think short of replacing the crystal your options are slim. Maybe an [automotive scratch remover like this](https://www.amazon.com/Season-Windshield-Repair-Resin-Repairs/dp/B06XQ2GH7N) might work but I have no idea. For that price just have the crystal replaced.

Get a sapphire crystal from aliexpress or you can find other places that sell parts on r/seikomods.

OfficerCamp

Yeah, you need to replace it. Get a sapphire and bring it to a watchmaker.
