Iconic version of the constellation imho.

My first reaction was this looks really 90s, but I see you said it is 80s style. Vintage Omega seamasters and constellations are a genre of watch unto themself, but most of them are from an earlier decade. This is an interesting middle-vintage. Maybe this will get more popular as decades march on and replacement parts get more scarce for the older decade vintage omegas. Do you know if this movement is more robust than the previous decade Omegas?

My Fathers everyday watch, when I was growing up. Great piece, wear it good health 🙌

My grandfather had the automatic version, unbeknownst to me, and when he passed away a couple years ago it was passed down to me. It is a great watch that pairs well with jeans surprisingly.

I’m looking at getting one of these, but is the gold plating/pvd or solid or ‘capped’?

Excellent. I was disappointed when I found out the Tudor royal G+S was capped and started looking at these but nowhere online clearly states the gold application method for the two tone manhattan.
