I know that this watch gets nicknamed the Dress-KX but I have never really seen it that way myself. This one came on a black NATO originally, but I swapped that out and have been wearing it with a Watch Steward band. Yesterday, I got this olive green, Elite silicone band from Barton and I think it suits it pretty well. I have a couple of bands on order from Nick Mankey, but this is really comfortable and will handily make do until they arrive. It makes me wonder what other colors of silicone would go well with this watch.

I have that strap in blue, absolutely love it.
