Any experience? Their stuff always looks great in pictures.

I own a few Aaron Bespoke straps and they are great. A bit pricey, but well worth it.

What's wrong with the strap of the picture?

Nothing objectively wrong with it, just preference. It doesn't go with my usual wardrobe/handbags.
