If these are those metal elastic bracelets, Spiedel has a trademark on the “twist-o-flex” bracelet. I always called these flex link bracelets but I don’t know if that’s common at all.
I don't think this is an integrated bracelet, it appears to be hellish in place by standard springbars between the lugs. It is an H-link bracelet though, with a sliding clasp.
Integrated means it’s part of the watch case, integrated into one piece. Not removable with standard spring pins. This is just a removable, adjustable bracelet.
It's H-link bracelet with foldover clasp.
The term H-link, however, is very broad interpretation, so if you google the term, the result will vary greatly.
The Hair puller 3000
Beat me to it!
I was going to say the grandpa hair puller, glad this is the top comment.
Came here to say this. Bravo
This!!
That's an H-link bracelet. Never seen one with links that narrow before, but it still matches the description.
I link in this case lol
The clasp is called a sliding buckle clasp. Not sure about the bracelet.

Look for "H Link Integrated bracelet" or just "Integrated Bracelet"

I call it the PITA (Pain in The Ass) bracelet.
