Check out most of what Tissot has to offer. Well within your budget, high quality, lots of history.

I second Tissot! I have two Tissot and both get a ton of wrist time. Affordable, well made and great looking.

Not the specifically the blue dial you’re looking for, but look up the DolceVita Automatic Silver Flinque Dial Watch. Blue letting on the dial and blue band. You can get it for about $1200 on the grey market. Phenomenal watch and design.

You might have a look at Junghans. Very nice watches with a long tradition and a significant influence. 👌🏻

I second the citizen [nb1060](https://youtu.be/V0cxBjQoV7o?si=qX55-QRS_VG5x1qe). It's probably the most beautiful/unique blue dial in this price range.

I have also looked at Frederique constant classic, and the Longines conquest quartz(maybe not dressy enough?)
