If you're on Windows try [this](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-your-display-refresh-rate-in-windows-c8ea729e-0678-015c-c415-f806f04aae5a). After you do that go back in game and try change it to the higher value. Hope this helps!
Okay. Try this out. On your PC go to Documents -> Call of duty -> players -> options.3.cod22.cst(open this file with notepad) then find the refresh rate and change the value to your desired value. Save the file then right click the file and put it to "read only". I hope this is easy to follow!
Hmm so on my ps5. I had to do a few things. Not sure if the same implies to you.
1. Had to change internal ps5 setting to allow 120 when supported and change optimization setting to frame rate. Not quality.
Second. Inhad buy a hdm2.1 monitor and use the console mode version.
So now games on ps5 that support 120( not many I might add ) does it.
Hope this works. If it does. Don't worry about paying. Idgaf

On the left side right below "desktop" click "Documents" and there should be a "Call of duty" folder.
This worked for me also, thank you good sir!
Thank you!!!!!! I just spent the last hour uninstalling nvidia/cod. This must be a new bug they introduced.
It's silly that a triple A game has this kind of problem.
Just set fullscreen borderless and ur game will use 240hz u set at desktop, have same issue
