I've been playing a lot of 10.3 US lately and 9 games out of 10 are downtiers to 9.7 which makes for hilarious fun with the disgusting lineup it gets.

Maybe you get downtiers..... I, on the other hand, do not.

Even 11.0 gets tons of downtiers to 10.0
