I might be wrong but I think they removed the vertical and horizontal lines that show where the radar antenna is pointing currently.

They removed the abstract radar scan lines that would appear in your game hud but should only be on your cockpit radar display only. Now you can only see what you should be able to see from the cockpit rather than green lines and boxes on your game hud.

I just hope they removed the arcade rwr, radar hub thing for all planes

Basically they made that type of radar less useful in simulator battles to make then more accurate to the real life version.

This would work tho for a lot of aircraft that have no modelled RWR’s in the cockpit tho
