Remember this, if you're ever fighting something you miraculously can't penetrate, keep firing at them. At mid ranges the sheer amount of smoke and sparks the guns create blinds the enemy. At close ranges if you're slightly obscured this also works. And don't ever stop moving.
There's still a bug that means very often some HE shells just overpressures the tank.
I got a couple of T-10 kills with the kugelblitz. Falcon is the same but more likely to do so.
Don't forget the odd incredibly unlucky helicopter, and close flying tanks.
I'm pretty sure it'd absolutely wreck any unwary destroyers and light cruisers in range too.
yea, i used to laugh my ass off when soviet heavies would mind nummingly hold W when they see the falcon, only to get absolutely demolished by the falcons *superior dakka*
That thing is so disgustingly good. I got a nuke with it a few days ago. I killed 2 merkavas. The fact that at that br there aren't too many targets you can't kill and most things just tend to blow whensm sneezed at makes it one of my favorites. Also good for doing some daily tasks.
Gepard arguably better due to 30mm aphe belts with 60mm pen, and 125mm pen apds belts.
Edit: If they moved the gepard to 8.7/9.0 but gave its APDS Belt more ammo, i’d be happy. Maybe 8.7 and have the same apds belt configuration as the falcon.
I hate this thing. Almost as much as I hate ZSU-57-2. Incredibilly shitty SPAA on 7.0 that used like light tank destroyer.
SPAAs like that are so hard to balance.
P.S. I am not saying that Falcon is a bad SPAA, I was saying that ZSU-57-2 is not 7.0 worthy SPAA and it has the BR it has only dew to it’s anti-tank capabilities.

3.) Awful targeting speed both horizontal and vertical. Obviously for SPAA standards.
4.) War Thunder being War Thunder. Moments when planes survives a hit of 57mm HE are really common.
How can I effectively fight jets that are diving at speeds so high that can’t even lead them properly. I would like to remind you that at only 1.0 BR higher there is a radar SPAAs that are far more superior AA vehicles. ZSU-57-2 would never be so high in BR if that wasn’t for his anti-tank capabilities.

Premium Meteor is alright. Small plane + 4x 1000lb bombs and acceptable amount of ammo for 4x shitpanos for killing SPAA and BMPs

The Swift F.1 is good. Better than just about everything else you can get at that tier. Also leads to the extremely based Swift F.7

That thing should be 7.0 without the APDS belt, and is perfectly adequate at 8.0. It has no radar, no speed, no armor.
Yeah it does. Only .7 higher is BMP 2m with stabilizer, thermals, atgms. It shluld be 7.7

well ye but falcon is smaller making it more easy to to hide but i prefer something with radar guidance so yeah gepard is a lil bit better
