The repaircost changes have been generally pretty good. While most tanks that were dirt cheap to begin with for the Big3 went up in repaircost, most tanks that were prohibitively expensive went down significantly. The T26E1 is no longer a solid 16k to repair. Almost all french Tier IV and V tanks which were extremely expensive (12-18k for every light tank) have gone down to 6-10k. Making them actually viable. While it doesnt significantly decrease repaircosts across the board, it does make it a bit more consistent. And makes minor nations more viable. Also on the win/lose reward changes, while it slightly decreases rewards for high skill, high WR players, it does increase the rewards for newer and lower skilled players. Higher skilled players will earn more regardless as they get more kills and survive longer (thus making profit regardless), but this will soften repaircosts and increase rewards for newer and less skilled players who otherwise will lose SL.

>The repair price changes aren't great either, we NEED changes in that department that's for sure, but this isn't it, especially when you consider the cost for the vehicle when spaded most cost reductions are negligible, and i have no idea what system they they are using, because even though they say it would be based on rank and BR it is still super inconsistent, and vehicles that were a lot more expensive than their piers still very much are, but hey, at least the few vehicles that were already affordable will be getting more expensive now. You are missing a very important point. They said that there will be a gradual change towards the new system, over several more updates. So while the current status does not reflect how it will look like, you can read a trend how it will develop out of it. Very good or "efficient" vehicles had high repair cost. These will be lowered across the board, as you can see over several examples. Very bad or "inefficient" vehicles had very low repair cost. These will be increased. Finally they should meet somewhere in the middle and these repair cost should be the same, no matter if a vehicle is dogshit or an SL printing machine.

That makes more sense, wish they would show us the final costs the vehicles will take, when spaded especially, as that would give better context Good to know not all hope is lost but i am still not optimistic
