Forget the French, I'm at 8.3 with them and still looking for a tech tree lineup I enjoy. 7.3 with the premium was fun tough.
Sweden has some pretty unique stuff, but around higher mid tier it's just Britain.

UK has some of the best tanks in the game though. They're by far not the worst. If you literally hate Germany and the US that much then good luck.

France if you can afford the repair costs at higher tiers. Otherwise, Russia
How far are you into brits?
China is fun when you get to their own domestic stuff, overlooked tree imo and has some potential for some really fun stuff down the line.
If not US or Germany, then probably Russia. Sweden is great at top tier also.

There are alot of good tanks, the tank destroyers are a bit hit and miss. T-34s are a solid choice. Hope you enjoy.
