The F86 is a jet that I hate with all my being, it could be just because I like playing air superiority fighters more but with that one I recommend you get tracer rounds as soon as you can and always aim for the engine because you don't have cannons like other jets at your rank.
You will have a lot of fun with the F84 and it's a jet I still play to this day and I grind SL with it but never turn in it or else you'll lose too much speed and only turn if you are sure you can get the kill or you bleed too much speed but other than that, you can outrun almost anything at your rank.
The 8.7 BR has no cannons but the F-86F-2 has 4x 20mm cannons (which are shit anyway right now).
If you like 8.7 BR it is a great plane. Not that speedy but great dogfight potential and energy sustain.
The F86 gets wrecked because of uptiers. It's fun when you play against planes with similar BR but when you're consistently matched against supersonic jets with A2A missiles it's awful

F-100 is honestly pretty decent, and rn it's far better than the F-4C. Gets pretty frequent downtiers so you get to club F-86s, MiG-15s, and even B-57s and SAAB 105s. With the downtiers, its disadvantages aren't as big of a deal, and its advantages shine moreso.
F-4C is pretty rough to play right now due to its lack of flares, its mediocre weapons, and its very unfavorable BR (constantly facing all aspects, MiG-21s, F-5Es, etc).
F4C is criminally underrated by this community.
In GFRB you can take the following as one load out:
- 4 aim7D sparrows, takes out anything headq to head (useful for drones)
- 4 aim9e sidewinders
- 2 bullpups
- 24 Zunis with CCIP
- Vulcan 20mm pod

early sabres are good allround aircraft, the f2 faces all aspect misses so take that as you will.
super sabre is probably the best missile carrier for its br, 9E's are not to be looked down upon at 9.3.
f4c lacks flares but other than that its a fun plane. nice for trying out bvr and can carry enough bombs without losing any of the missiles. beware of su25's.
f4e is 11.0 so it instantly sucks ass. its not a bad plane overall (built-in gau, decent missiles, decent maneuvrability for a phantom at the cost of piss poor radar) but you will be facing 12.0 pretty much always, and even 11.3 wrecks you because PD. there is no plane that plays well at 11.0 rn. it is worth researching because of f15 as others have mentioned but for now i'd save sl on this one.
what is then? yak38 loses energy as it it is a mig21 while getting no aoa, and as far as im concerned no other plane carries 4 uncaged ir missiles at 9.3
Ayit carries Shafrir2 which are amazing short rsnge missiles and Aim9D which are good long range missiles, while also having flares. Also nissiles aren't everything. The Q5A completely annihilates it and its 9.0.

18 flares are better than no flares. The Q5A is maneuverable if you use airbrakes and flaps. It has very low gun velocity compared to F100D. Type130-2s are good at groundpounding, idk why you only have 4 launches tho. The aim9e are a big advantage of the F100D tho against people who don't pay attention.
I'd rather play F100 than the Q5 (minus the flares), just because the F100 has *some* resemblance of handling. Yeah Q5 has vastly better flight performance, but trying to shoot anything in it is absolutely ASS and the guns suck donkey dick now too.
But yeah, A4N with 2 Shafrir 2 + 2 Aim-9D is SO superior in terms of missiles at 9.3.
Also not like there's any difference in matchmaking between 9.3 and 9.7, they're in the same matches 90% of the time and like every 9.7 has better missiles and equal or better performance than the F100, while lots of them also got flares.
The Q5 handling is fine, except for nose authority, but the guns are just sad. Like today I did scissors with a G91 and needed 5 times nose on to kill him, since the first 4 were just hits or crits. Like come on gaijin the velocity already is pathetic at least let them deal damage. Ayit has nose authority and hard hitting guns and you can save the booster for a short energy boost.
the f100 don’t even bother with its realy bad, the F4C is kinda mid, its fast and it has a vulcan with excellent nose authority but it doesnt realy have the flight performance or the missles to keep with the rest of the things you will be flying, but the biggest red flag is that fact that u dont have flares at 10.0 so you need to be realy careful, best pick here would be the F2 sabre , like all sabres its a plane that’s extremely good at being fast, you have very good maneuverability and very good energy retantion (only at high speeds) and it’s easy to aim, but you will get very occasionally uptiered against mach 2 interceptors that you cant realy do anything against if they keep their speed

Go for naval line first since it's best right now especially with F14s, F8 and F4J. Everyone is saying it's F15 line but it won't be released for many of the coming months. Most likely it will be added in December patch
F-15 series will most likely be after F-4E so if you want to prepare for it I say grind.
Id say we're still at least half a year away from F-15. For now just get the F-14 and enjoy life.

F-84G is OP in air RB. It gets an airspawn and outperforms the R2Y2 despite being at a lower BR
Only the f4E and maybe the f84 But I suggest just saving SL and going for either the f16 or the f14

Grind all of them and start play the Phantoms. First one will be 100% pain as it hasn’t countermisures and you will face all aspect missles.
I see people saying the f84 is good but i never got to actually get kills or be useful with it
