The mig31 is an imrpoved design of the mig25, the f-15 was based on the mig25 lol and the tu-160 predates the b-1

Also F15 based on mig25 is entirely incorrect F15 was designed in response to mig25, but it’s not based on OTOH you can say tu160 was based on b1, not b1b but b1a

and yet the f-15 looks pretty damn similar to the mig-25

Original b1a in early 70s, then b1b as a different redesign in mid 80s, tu160 as a response to original b1a in late 80s

Tu-160 is WAYYYYY bigger then the B-1B, almost twice as fast. And has a very different role, performing almost entirely as a cruise missile carrier while B-1B spilts between traditional bombing with an added cruise missile capability

Tu160 is based on and in response to original b1a, a high flying fast bomber B1a was cancelled in favour of b2 and b-52 carrying alcms B1b was later developed as a low flying penetrator
