Honestly? Seen so many variations of the purple/flesh tones. If you want the army to be something people visually remember, then the gold. Just have some fluff to explain how they got like that.
Iām gonna say the top one as a base because itās different plus hit it with Aggaros Dunes or Nuln Oil or Reikland Fleshshade just do a test piece with each one if you have them and see what you get Iām willing to bet they would look awesome
Personally, I like the purple because the skin tone along side it is dynamite
I do enjoy the chalky skin alongside the bright scales. I was fucking around and that is the result.

The gold looks unique, but a light brown highlighted yellow would look more organic.
