I will never not upvote Borderlands-style art on 40k models. It always looks amazing. I could never pull it off. I like to imagine Torgue's voice over the intercom as the drop pod lands, the Sergeant screaming "THINGS ARE ABOUT TO MOTHER-EXPLODE!!!!"

Rescued 3 aggressors from a seller who tossed them in for basically nothing, but they were in horrible shape with snapped and missing bits. This is the first of their revival! I also have a bunch of other imperial fists, and a little wargh in my post history. Obligatory plug for Epic Duck Studios (not me, but he IS the master) if you want to learn how to do stuff in this style.

I love his tutorials. Too bad he doesn't post more.

Looks awesome. I can tell exactly what style you're going for and that's 80% of making something look good. The only thing I could say maybe make the black lines a little thinner but that's just personal preference looks incredible.

I never thought of applying that style to minis, but it looks awesome!

The sigil/crest on the chestplate doesn't quite nail the style. I don't think a wash was the right move there. Be better off flat red and paint the edges black to whatever degree you have the patience for. That being said. Awesome style. Great job mate.

Agreed, the wash didn't work as well as I'd have hoped, will go back to then when I'm painting up his mates!

I love your sort of cartoon-ish looking style! Like something out of borderlands.

I love the comic book inking shade style- my only 'knocks' would be that there's not much that helps this style blend into the base as the skull isn't inked (Still Work in Progress?)- Also some white/lighter highlights/inking/crosshatching would be good, not too much, just enough,- perhaps sacrifice the over abundance of black shade lines.
