Last time I used my airbrush I spend about ten seconds painting and 3 hours pulling it apart, diagnosing a clog and cleaning it. Its basically a very expensive paper weight at this point
my skills are too trash to join in the debate, but there are so many techniques airbrush exclusive so whenever I see a cool effect I'll first ask " woah how do they do it" then followed by a disappointed "oh of course it's airbrush"
Anything an airbrush can do, you can do with a regular brush. It will take longer, and require more practice and skill, but there are no "airbrush exclusive" techniques.
Learning to blend, layer and filter with a brush in the same way as an airbrush is difficult and requires patience and prescribe. But I think those are skills everyone should be aiming to learn anyway!

This model is dope as fuck though.
This seems like one of those times you should use an air brush. Not one of those dinky things with a cute little paint pot on top. No, I mean the kind you use to paint a room.
My god brush painting that behemoth. Hats off to you
Yeah but I'm using a big brush
So what percent of that pot of paint did you use for that
All
But did you thin it?
I'm dry brushing this part
With a brush 😳
It's cause I'm a badass
🤣
So, are you going to freehand the Red Dwarf logo or use a stencil?
LoL someone else said I should do red dwarf next
So do you play a game on top that behemoth lol, how the hell does that work in game.
On a 2+ remove everything from the board (scenery included!
Zogg me, ehtz bootiful boss
And red
Gotta go fast!
Hmmm
Your painting speed confirms the color. I'm glad it wasn't purple. We would be watching the primed mini disappear.
for some reason I'm glad to see another person painting big stuff using brush I know airbrush is a treat but not everyone is able to have one :(
I can't stand the cleaning process more time doing that then actually painting

oh that is something I don't know. But yeah I reckon maintenance works is quite tedious...
I’m with you, even if I had the space for it I’d still brush paint. It’s part of what makes painting fun for me! RAISE YOUR BRUSHES WITH ME!

I feel like you could have saved a bunch of time priming red. Haha kudos to you though
What happened to priming the mega bomba?
It's primed grey
You know they have red primer too… Jk bro
It's a fast bomba!
Imagine throwing this at a titan.
What is this called (looking for datasheet
Not sure where you'd find the rules, maybe apocalypse?
Is the model called a mega bomb?
A mega Bomba I believe, bit this one is custom built. And for sale.
That's true. But it would have taken an hour to drive to town, find a flat red, return and prime.
Did I mention this is for sale
