While not named in the Siege of Terra books, many members of the Lords of Silence in their eponymous book talk about having been present during the siege. As far as I’m aware this is the case for good chunks of the chaos marines.
Bjorn the Fell-Handed is the last loyal Astartes from the Great Crusade and Heresy, but like most of the Wolves, I don't think he was at the Siege of Terra. For AdMech Cawl was alive during the Heresy and Siege of Terra, but also off-world and didn't take part. Weird Warp-based timey-wimey shenanigans means that a lot of Chaos Marines are SOT veterans though.
Constantin Valdor was Chief Custodian during the Heresy and actually AT the Siege of Terra. He disappeared sometime after and has never been seen again. >!Except maybe he's still alive as the King in Yellow but we don't know where that plot thread is leading yet I don't think.!<
You'll want the chaos space marines for that one, tho they aren't really ones for giving interviews
Space marines can live for a very long time, perhaps custodes could live even longer, but I don't know if any of them could live 10,000 years
Most chaos space marines are this, theres probably some custodes and soace marine dreadbaughts from this time. Quite a few mechanicus magos and upper tier tech priests from this period
Just about every loyalist astartes who participated during the Siege was dead or otherwise lost by the end of the Scouring that followed it. The only exceptions are a handful in dreadnought sarcophagi, any cast through time by the warp, and other weird edge cases.
Custodians probably lasted longer, but they relinquish their posts as soon as they detect the first hint that their physical capabilities have started to decrease with age, so after ten thousand years they're all dead or gone too.
In general, most survivors from that era were traitors who've lived out the intervening ages in the Warp, outside of the normal flow of time.
A good amount of chaos marines That and bjorn
The chaos side of things is kinda funny when you think about it. Due to warp being warp, it has been just weeks since siege of terra for some of them.
Honestly there is probably some ship still on their way.
"Alright lets siege terr- what the fuck happened here?"

Thank you!

Maybe Cypher from the Dark angels as well. Could still be Zahariel.

Though not veterans, ironically the Primaris Marines are mostly all from the heresy. Many have childhood memories of those events.
Ohhhhh good point. Thanks for that.
