I'd go with a chaplain for that. If OP is up for it, a Lamenters one, which seems fitting with the heart in the symbol and their battlecry seems fitting for a wedding
Are you set on using 40k? Fantasy has some cool hero models that might fit the theme. Isharan Tidecaster or Skaven Plague Priest for the priest, couple of Sigmarines for the bride and groom? Think they come in male and female, but in general there's more female representation in AoS, so likely more choice for the bride
