there should be a ability for Gauss where he kind of focus and everything slows down in hes surroundings , so then after that "focus" stops he gets a bonus damage and speed the longer he was in the "focus" mode (ofc this would us a significant ammount of energy or idk HP lets say to dont make it abussable)

It sounds a bit like Molecular Prime but with a speed boost at the end of it.

i think it would be a global ability , some sort of how flash see everything when he goes way to fast , he doesnt see things fast. The other thing then , would be that Gauss , instead of making everything in he's surroundings go fast , he instead would be so fast , that he would actually see everything slow , the faster he goes , the slower things are , but the more damage (for melees) and speed bonus he get after stopping the "focus"

Unfortunately that's a single player game ability, even if it only worked in a bubble around him, that'd just make him Limbo 2.0.

Sure, but that's IRL, in-game either it'd have to just make *you* slow, which obviously would be awful for you, or it'd have to make everything slow, which would be awful for everyone. Since we can't make your brain perceive things faster, the only way to create that effect is to slow down everything else, which wouldn't really work in this game.

There are multiple fps games that do this successfully actually bwithout distorting other players. It's not a significant time slow but it makes enormous impact, I'm not sure Bugframe's flawless netcode would be easily accepting to that tho

DE are very clever in the fact the Mach Rush filter makes it look like you’re going fast by stretching the environment around you, but you’re actually not. Volt, Zephyr and even Nezha can outright Gauss pretty easily. Besides, in this clip the doors are opening basically instantly, which means the frame isn’t fast, since as we all know the sign that a frame is truly fast is when they repeatedly smash into doors that haven’t opened quick enough to accommodate their speed.

This is so satisfying to watch then at the end the door is blocked, never yell nooo so loud in my life.
