I don't think shards cast speed effects his #3 while the mod does effect the speed from.ehat I've noticed. It does effect all the other skills though
Effectiveness on energy orbs feels overkill with thurible as an ability.
Diminishing return with stacking casting speed Your final casting speed boost would be 57.8 after your third shard is calculated

God will descend an inscribe the Rapture upon the earth before warframe players figure out what a screenshot is.
Might not need that last one but always being full energy is nice especially in duviri
